New Support System
After much tinkering and evaluation, we’ve launched our new support system. It’s up and running and is available at support.eclecticplatypus.com.au or epds.freshdesk.com. If you have any support queries, from outages to email to design work, head there, log in, and create a ticket. This will ensure that we don’t miss any support enquiries and enables us to keep you updated easily.
You can also email support enquires to email@example.com as well.
Support is also hosted external to our regular servers to ensure that support stays up even if catastrophe strikes.
